More Than a Store. A Second Chance Built by Hand.
At 61, I started Xtraincome, not because it was easy, but because I still had something to build.
How It Started
I spent a lifetime working in auto technology, construction, bookkeeping, care-giving, gardening, and safety. Different careers, different chapters, but always someone else's business, someone else's plan. One day I decided that wasn't going to be the last chapter. I sat down, learned Shopify from scratch, and started building something of my own.
What We Believe
I've always wanted a tattoo myself, and that curiosity led me somewhere I didn't expect: a love for the artistry and craft behind it. This store was born from a simple idea, bring quality tattoo products to artists and ink lovers, at prices that actually make sense. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I believed the community deserved better, and I wanted to be part of building that.
Made for the Community
I'm learning as I go, one step at a time. No shortcuts. No pretending I know everything I don't. Just hard work, real effort, and the belief that it's never too late to start again, every product I bring in is chosen with that same care, for the artists and enthusiasts who inspire this whole journey.
Our Promise
If this dream succeeds, I hope to use what I learn to inspire others, especially the ones who've been told they're too old, or that it's too late. Because it isn't. This isn't just a store. It's a second chance to build something real, and I'm committed to doing that honestly, one order, one customer, one lesson at a time.

OUR VISION
Xtraincome exists to prove it's never too late to build something of your own.
We serve the tattoo community with quality pieces at fair prices, built by someone learning the ropes in real time, not a faceless corporation. As we grow, our vision extends beyond the storefront: to become a resource and example for others, especially those later in life, or those who've been counted out, who want to build their own path to income and independence.
What we stand for:
- Real over polished. We're not pretending to be something we're not. We're learning, building, and showing our work.
- Community first. This started as a way to serve tattoo artists and enthusiasts fairly, that stays at the centre of everything.
- It's not too late. Age, experience, or a "nontraditional" resume isn't a disqualifier, it's the whole point.
- Pay it forward. Whatever we figure out along the way, we share it, once we're steady enough to help others climb too.
